Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - YOU WILL HAVE A BLAST
THIS EXCERISE DVD IS NOT ONLY FUN IT WILL HAVE YOU SINGING TO THE GREAT MUSIC HITS TOO. FROM TIME TO TIME I THOUGHT WAS DANCING AND NOT EXCERCISING. IT IS THE BOMB!!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Typical Richard...energetic and encouraging!
Richard is, as always, energetic and encouraging in this workout DVD and it is fast paced. It is a good workout but there are alot of changes during the routines. I wish there was a bit more repitition versus the quick changes that take place. Once you get the hang of it though, it is a good work out.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Surprised that I love it!
This is my first Richard Simmons DVD. This may sound bad but I mean no disrespect. I had always passed over Richard Simmons because I thought he was just for the very large or very out of shape. I am neither. I am thin for my height and am in pretty good shape. I was looking for something new though and I decided to try it. I love the music and with some moderations (bouncing jumping jacks instead of just keeping the feet low for example) this workout became the best I have done. It kicked on the Crunch series for making me sweat. I really love it except Richard gets a little annoying, I just find him slimey. I also am not a fan of the costumed dancers except maybe the cheerleaders in Mickey, the girls in the dresses dancing in the one song I can't even watch as Richard "meows" at one of them and I just can't handle that. Overall though, I would recommend it, I am getting another one of his DVDs to do.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Great video just too much going on
I actually liked this vide. The major problem was that there just seemed like there was just too much going on. Too many switches in routine and music. I would have liked to settle on one thing and done that for a period of time.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Unbeatable!
No one can beat Richard Simmons motivational skills, he makes anything fun! You don't realize you've been working hard after the work out, you want to keep on going! It doesn't matter what condition you're in. He's been in this business longer and he has been great for my energy boosting, and self esteem. All his material is great!

On paper, the Mio DigiWalker P550 looks to be an attractive gadget for the mobile professional, combining the capabilities of a PDA and GPS into one device. However, its poor battery life and subpar navigation skills tell a different story.

Though it won't appeal to the masses quite yet, the Nokia N800 Internet Tablet is a nice, portable device for on-the-go Web browsing, and it has some worthy upgrades.

Though it has a few design and performance glitches, the Sony Ericsson W300i is a quality, basic MP3 cell phone.

Diesel vehicles have nearly a 50-percent market share in Europe, thanks to tax incentives and diesel-friendly legislation across the EU. Diesels are so passé there that you can buy a BMW 730d and no one will think it odd that your luxury car burns oil. Pull up in a diesel 7-Series in America and people would leer at you like you've alighted from an amphibious vehicle reeking of saltwater and dead trout.

But now, thanks to the oft-reported combo of newly-raised CAFE standards, not-so-newly-raised gas prices, and the 50-state diesel engine, GM, Ford, and Chrysler are about to dip more than a hesitant toe into the diesel game. Chrysler offers a diesel in the Grand Cherokee, but soon all three automakers will offer diesels in their best-selling lineups of light trucks -- the Dodge Ram 1500 is expected to offer a 50-state diesel after 2009. Light trucks are being used to lead the charge since those buyers stand to gain the most with the least amount of (perceived) sacrifice.

Diesels currently have 3.2-percent of the American market. Some estimates put them at 15-percent by 2015. That's a huge leap, and diesel still has plenty of hurdles. Diesels will come with a cost premium over gasoline-engined cars. That should be easy enough to conquer -- incentives and some quick cost and longevity calculations should convince people of the benefit. The real hurdle is the nagging issue of perception. The plan will probably be to attack that with a price that makes the proposition unbeatable. Said Chrysler's director of environmental affairs, "If it's priced right, we can sell diesel here. Diesel can give you an immediate poke in fuel economy -- 20 to 40 percent. Not many technologies can deliver that today."
